A qualified and admitted attorney of law holding both B. Comm (Law) and LLB degrees, Philip has more than 20 years of corporate legal-, commercial- and executive management experience.
Philip began his career as corporate legal advisor at the Shoprite Checkers Group, where he was later instrumental in the Group’s new business expansion both in the local and West-African markets.
With his wealth of knowledge, senior operational management skills and keen interest in property investment and development, Philip joined the Uvest Property Group in 2008 taking on the role of Commercial Director.
Philip has been a member of the Assiduity team since 2018, where his ability to navigate the complexities of the corporate legal environment combined with his core competencies and extensive experience is highly valued.
